Good News: A Weekly Update from St Thomas Church—May 15, 2014
"... Thomas said, 'Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?'" You can read Jesus response, and the whole gospel for Sunday in John 14:1-14. When we lose our way it is sometimes hard to know what to do or where to go. Gps? Maps? Cell phone? Stop and ask for directions? Yes, to all. And more. When we lose our way in our spiritual life; when things don't seem to be going well or we feel as though we have lost direction, one of the best things to do is to pray. Ask God for direction. Sometimes that direction will be as simple as a clearing of our minds, and an awareness that wherever we are, God is there.
Peace on the journey... Carol
